The staff was very nice and helpful. This is one of my mom's go-to fast food restaurants and it was nice to see how nice they are to their customers. They were informative about their rewards program which my mom had no idea. Our food was fresh and hot.

Great burgers! Try the fish because it's a hidden gem! The cod all year and the seasonal walleye are amazing! Great family food and friendly employees run this place like restaurants used to be run. We love it!

Food was hot and delicious. Cashier was pleasant, cheerful, and informative! She told us about the coupons and survey for free ice cream and even check on our dine in experience! Thanks Carrie! Excellent customer service. And the facility had pleasant dining music and a clean facility!

I feel bad because the staff is friendly anf nice. But...we order from here every couple weeks. Our last 3 orders they forget an item. They always make up for it my next visit, but it's getting to be a real hassle. The order is for my whole nuclear family, so it's not small, but its not a ton of items either . I always order online and use curbside. So I guess I'd recommend to avoid that and check your order before you leave.

I just bought a 2 piece cod dinner. I was expecting 2 cod fillets. What I received looked like 2 fish sticks. who pays $15 for fish sticks? I was cheated and deceived. Culver's is a rip off. I will NEVER come here again. I wish I could leave a negative star review. Stay Away from this rip off place !
