Starbucks

Used to come here 4-5 times per week. What happened to Courtney and Anna? Ever since they left the place has gone downhill, and fast. The difference in service level, product quality and overall operational knowledge is VERY noticeable. Now, if you order a drink and specify you want LESS pumps of sweetener than what comes standard, this new team is now charging for that modification even though it’s LESS product. Why? When I questioned the logic behind this, I get a blank stare…so, I won’t be returning.

I ordered the new vanilla cream protein latte. There were two girls behind the counter had no idea how to make this drink! She kept asking the other girl who looked frustrated. I guess I should have tasted the drink before I left the store but I waited till I I got down the road and it was horrible! I asked for two pumps of vanilla so it would not be so sweet but I don't think she put any in it at all! I have never had this experience before at any starbucks!

I always feel welcome. No matter the drink I get, it is delightful. I would recommend coming here!

It won’t allow me to post a picture but my Venti cup was no where near full. So disappointed! Banks crossing from now on!

I don't know why some of them let me use the app to scan and pay and some won't. The girl today said that because they're set up on Ingles system they can't scan it, but I've done it before. I didn't argue with her I just paid her cash for it but I probably won't be going back to this location
