What a disappointment. My first time at the Wallingford location. It was not busy at all. I mobile ordered a venti matcha latte and couldn’t even drink it. The matcha powered was not mixed well. As I drank it, chunks of green tea filled my mouth. Awful.

The pump system is different now from a hot beverage to cold brew, so just make sure your drink tastes right before you go! I was confused that my venti was 3 pumps but apparently it’s like 1.5 pumps of the original? Anyway thank you.

Only starbies I’ll go to. Always very clean, staff is super friendly and my orders come out perfect every time. In love the funny little messages & pictures they out on my cups it makes my day.

We stopped on our way to New Hampshire. It was easy to find and right of the highway. It’s located in a shopping plaza. They have plenty of tables inside and drive through if you just want to grab a coffee and go. I had a latte and it was prepared correctly. Everyone was friendly and they had clean bathrooms.

I am a specific individual and I order a different blend Kevin and the woman with the bakery tongs collaboration gave me the elixir of my specifications. Like the best coffee Ever!!!First time here at this location!! Thank You
