Great atmosphere, friendly service. We just happen to know the assistant manager. Sarah and the service was awesome. It's a great place to hang out. It's a great place to Relax and have a nice cup of coffee or tea and breakfast.

This was a Starbucks experience like no other! This store is so clean and modern. It was beautiful. The service was so great and staff were accommodating. It's spacious with ample seating so it's perfect for my bookclub!

My husband, I stopped Through the drive-through early in the morning, the lady that took our order, seemed like she was annoyed. My husband said good morning to her When we got to the window she said nothing she wouldn’t even look at us. My husband asked her for a Stirring stick She did not give that to us. She handed the drinks to my husband my husband said thank you and she still she did not say anything!! Customer service is horrible!!! Trash! . Get it together, treat your customers, right with with warmth and respect. The lady working the window should not be working there if she’s going to treat her customers this way. Shame on you

The first couple times I visited I had a good experience but it’s gone steadily downhill. Most recently I sat waiting in the drive through for over twenty minutes before finally getting my coffee which was watery and had clearly been sitting for some time. I’ll probably start visiting the other Suisun location from now on.

This is my favorite Starbucks location! The Staff here are very friendly and have great customer service. I work remotely and have the benefit of getting my work done here on a daily basis, my “other office”. There are power plugs and plenty of tables to get your work done or simply power up your laptop and cell phone. The bathroom is always clean and does not need a code for entry. The patio is spacious and allows you to enjoy your drink while enjoying the cool breeze of Suisun City. There are times when it’s really busy here simply on location and drive thru availability. But, the staff is great and will bring your coffee to your table if you have to wait. I have visited many Starbucks and this place always has my coffee prepared right!
