Starbucks Coffee Company

I sure did not see the reviews before I came here otherwise I would have made my own coffee this morning. The short girl that makes the drinks had a nasty attitude when asked a question. Whoever is hiring these people absolutely does not care about them having the bare minimum of good customer service.

Ordered a pecan crumb oatmilk (menu item) drink for wife. Took cashier a while to even ring up. Cost $8.00. When she finally tried it, we were on the road. Literally half a cup filled up. The wife said it wasn't made correctly. This isn't her first one so she knows how it tastes. Waste of $8. Don't bother getting anything at this spot.

Here again and I would like a nice cold drink but then I remembered how unbelievably rude the staff was and how it took forever last time I was here even though there were no other customers then and decided against it. The opposite of repeat business. I’d rather buy a canned drink at the convenience store than deal with the attitude here.

I stopped here to grab a drink and waited almost 20 minutes for my order. There was only 2 people who ordered before me. They served multiple people who came after us before they served me and over of the other people who ordered before me. There were 3 people working the drive through and only one working the inside. The manager overheard our frustration and stopped what she was doing to make some of the drinks for people. I ordered the new Stratto frappucino and was disappointed as I thought it would have a stronger coffee flavor to it being a stratto drink. Very disappointing for a drink that cost almost $7.

Stop here on my way to work an I must say every specialty drink I’ve had they make so well! Service time started off a little slow when they first opened but I would stop here every time if I could. :) Also would like to note the staff is high energy and so delightful. Left a funny cast note on one of my cups. In addition reading thru the other comments…you can’t buy a plain latte anywhere for under $8.
