I use to visit this place few months ago was fine but yesterday i literally trashed my whole matcha, i clearly order caramel matcha with salted caramel cold foam, they gave me macchiato, repeated the order clearly they gave me only matcha with caramel cold foam agin it taste 🤮 for the first sip , i agin asked again can you please give me the caramel matcha, he just added the caramel syrup and asked me stir my self as the regular matcha powder was too much it tasted 🤮🤢 evry sip , mistakes do happen i understand, i felt instead of giving the wrong order trice they could have made me one good one , I was patiently waiting still ended up to trash for the vry first sip the one i spent on , i am not coming back agin Thankyou

Normally a great place but had a not great experience today. Employee made my coffee with no coffee in it and when asked to be remade said it was a kids drink that didn’t have any coffee. It was a sugar cookie breve - has three shots in a venti. When asked to remake he put a shot of espresso but cup was all sticky because there wasn’t enough room in the cup and ruined the cold foam I paid an extra $2 for. Not that bad of an experience but for a $10 cup of coffee id hope the employees are trained on what the drinks are.

I came here a few days ago and order a simple cookie and a grande apple fall drink. After 10 minutes of waiting it still wasn’t too busy and my singular cookie and small drink weren’t out. The staff moved incredibly slow and then said someone must’ve taken my drink (which wasn’t true since I was watching every order that came out). The lady then proceeded to make my drink and it tasted disgusting. Way too much milk and under-filled. As a barista myself I know that this untruthfulness and slow lazy behavior promotes such a negative customer service experience. I will not order here again.

I had a very bad experience today at 5:35 am. I arrived at this store, and as soon as I walked in, one of the women said "NO." I always buy my coffee here, so I went over to the woman and asked her why she said no. She told me that I couldn't use the restroom if I didn't buy something, and I wasn't going to, I only went in to check if they had the bear-shaped cup they're selling. I think it's wrong that they treat people like that, especially when we're regular customers.
