Starbucks Coffee Company

I’ve never had issues at this Starbucks until today, which is why this was disappointing. I wasn’t informed that an ingredient in my original drink had been changed. That’s fine — things happen. I called and asked if I could come back to have it fixed, and Jenny said yes. When I returned, I ended up getting a Pink Drink instead of the iced chai latte with oat milk and cold foam I originally ordered due to the ingredient change. The Pink Drink was $6.21, but I had originally paid over $8 for my first drink. It’s not a huge price difference, but it would have been nice to be refunded the difference or at least informed about it. Nice Starbucks. Friendly staff and quick service. Music is okay. Quality of the coffee is consistent with most locations.

This is not my local Starbucks but I go here a lot and I have to say they are the best! Always friendly, I've never not been greeted no matter how busy. Best of all they are super efficient at making orders fast. I recently ordered a drink wrong and they remade it without hesitation and a smile! Top notch service here!

Asked for lite ice and my cup is 3/4 full forgot my cakepop in the drive through pink drink tastes watered down from the first sip DOES TS LOOK LIKE LITE ICE

This location was good. Quick with my drink and friendly. I liked the atmosphere here and would visit again to meet with friends or solo to enjoy a good drink and a book! My current fave drinks are the oat milk honey latte, mint majesty tea, nitro cold brew with sweet cream, and almond milk flat white with blonde espresso.
