Starbucks Coffee Company

There used to be an incredible crew that worked here every morning but they appear to have been summarily let go a few years back. Nearly every order I get is made incorrectly, once almost threw me into anaphylactic shock (severe almond allergy, made the drink with almond milk). The amount of times I've had to politely let the cashier know Im standing there because she's staring at her phone is also way too high. And I am not talking about a teenager. If you're going to charge Starbucks prices, at least attempt to hold your staff to making the drinks correctly!

The barista seemed annoyed to have a customer. I ordered a venti iced latte. First she tries to give me a grande, I politely told her I ordered a venti. Then she gives me a venti hot drink. Oookay..I just took it, maybe she was having a rough day. I’m halfway done with my drink when I get chunks of what can only be described as something with the consistency of wet paper towels. Absolutely disgusting. I will not ever return to this location.

This place is kind of funny. We ordered two vanilla chais in the middle of winter when it was 13° outside, and they came iced. Probably our mistake for not specifying hot, but we assumed that was the default given the weather.

The only thing consistent about this Starbucks is its inconsistency Update 10/20/25 - there is at least one person on the morning crew I dread to see make my drink. This person will either willfully or wantonly ignore drink notes, make your drink wrong, and give you a scowl if you ask for it to be made properly. They were part of the reason for my original review. They have been working here for years and it boggles my mind why they think they can make substandard products when most of the patrons are paying over 7 dollars for coffee and seasonal items. It is atrocious that she continues to behave this way. Today she didn’t read the order notes for my pregnant fiance who has gestational diabetes and messed up the cold foam by withholding vanilla. I send my husband to get me 2 Frappuccino and the girl says that they don’t have Frappuccino at all okay sow then he ask for 2 pink drinks he come home whit this no strawberry 🍓 in the drink he say the girl did not tell him that they did not have strawberry and the she give him the drink like that they taste like water 🤦🏻‍♀️no flavor at all this was and the Starbucks from giant and Enola
