Starbucks Coffee Company

I had a horrible experience at this Starbucks. Staff was nice but didn’t make the drink or food well. I get Starbucks often and almost always get the Vanilla Sweet cream cols brew with one pump of vanilla removed to make it less sweet. My drink was made way too sweet and there didn’t seem to be cold foam on it. I order oatmeal to be made with almond milk instead of water and was handed a cup with so much liquid it was like soup. I asked for it to be remade with water and was handed a cold cup that is also like soup and inedible.

I am surprised this Starbucks isn't on the list of closures. I agree with some of the other reviews on here, Alyssa seems to always be in a bad mood with a bad demeanor. I wonder why with all of the people out of work that Starbucks can't find a person who is appreciative of the fact that they have a job.

I’ve been to Starbucks all over the US and around the world, but this is only place where placing an order feels like I’m causing a personal inconvenience. The cashier- the one who always a headscarf- never seems to understand my order. I mean, how hard can it be to understand a coffee order… at a coffee shop? I keep going here only because there’s no other coffee shop nearby. Coffee should wake you up, not wear you down!

Alyssa whom took my order seems to have a high sense of superiority. Her interaction with me was demeanor to say the least today August 8 2025. Last week she was speaking badly to one of her colleagues a tall female with long dark brown hair. I could tell she was berating her by the mean straight face Alyssa was portraying and how the tall females body language. Do not understand why this tall female was allowing her to berate her all I can think of is she must be a manager though albeit a poor one that lacks personable skills. If she is a manager she is in need of sensitivity training and conflicts resolution for the manager title has given her bad sportsmanship in the work force

In all honesty, I do not drink Starbucks. I'm a Dunkin's kind of guy. But, every once in a while, I will have a breve latte from Starbucks. This brookline location had the 2 most attentive and service oriented ladies that I've ever seen at a Starbucks. Thank you for a great latte and great service!
