Starbucks Coffee Company

The worst service I’ve ever got. Spent 30 mins waiting for my coffee today at 9:45 to 10:25. My coffee I order and what I received was not even close. They gave me a crappy ice coffee instead of and espresso dapio. I attached what it was supposed to look like vs what I got. Don’t use them they are horrible and the girl who made it was lazy and and can’t make coffee. You guys need to do better and stop with the cost of what you charge you should actually deliver the product on which people pay good money for.

Starbucks will always be 5⭐ to me. I got the Shaken Horchata drink and every sip ks like a little bit of heaven especially on a hot day.

Long waits are one thing, but waiting 20 minutes for a blonde drip coffee just to have it not be made, as well as an egg white bite to not be made. Then having to get reimbursed for the bite, and worse, the blonde coffee tasting burnt is just obnoxious. I remember when Starbucks was actually good, reliable, and fast. Stay away

My coworker Nicole and I had order two drinks and they completely messed up our orders. They had put whip cream in one of the drinks after we specified that we wanted cinnamon cold foam on that one. They had charged us for the changes/add-ons we specified for even though it wasn’t put into the drinks
