Extremely disappointing experience at the Chatham, NJ location. I found a long, light colored hair in my turkey and provolone mini and calmly brought it to the counter. Although I was issued a refund, the associate (Black girl) was defensive and dismissive. As I was leaving, I overheard her imply that I “ate the whole sandwich and decided to find a hair,” which was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I’ve been coming to this location for several years and never experienced such. Highly recommend going to the Florham park location for better service.

I went to this location for the first time and tried the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak, which was good but came out extremely hot. I had to wait a bit for it to cool down to an edible temperature. The service was just okay, and unfortunately, the table I sat at wasn't clean and could've been cleaner.

I don't normally leave reviews, but this place has gotten so bad it is needed. This used to be awesome, the crew was excellent and the sandwiches were top notch. Over the past couple of months the place has turned to be a total disgrace. The staff are always new, they never stay more than a week or two, the food is terrible and the ingredients are no longer fresh. Brown wilted lettuce, spoiled tomatoes, and just people who have absolutely no customer service skills. I will never go back. The one in Florham Park is definitely worth the extra few minutes drive.

Inedible ‘hot’ sandwich that was slapped together / missing ingredients / left to get cold on the counter as ‘we switched off the grill’ (an hour ahead of posted closing time. No apology - the bored staff was more interested playing a game on their phone. A disgrace to the franchise.

Very disappointed with my recent order at Jersey Mike’s in Chatham. The roast beef bowl was missing tomatoes and pickles, and the turkey sandwich was overloaded with lettuce and poorly made. It felt rushed and careless. I’ve been a loyal customer, but this experience left me dissatisfied and questioning whether I’ll return to this location.
