Dunkin'

Visited this Dunkin' location and felt unwelcome from the start. Slow service, long wait for my order, and a dirty seating area made a really bad experience.

Very nice person working the counter!

Was not greeted at all, instead server was nasty saying he saw me but did not take my order because he was busy making one cup of coffee. The new people who took over got rid of the baskin robbins and have abysmal customer service skills or none at all. I have been going there for 18 years i will not go there until they change this crew to either the crew that was there or another.

I go here daily (if not two times a day) and find this is by far the best DD that I have ever been too. The staff is incredibly friendly and often memorizes your drink if your there a lot. Also, my drink is always delicious and I feel like not as good as other DDs when I get the same thing! Often will go to this one even if its out of my way, it's that good.

Found hair in my food and politely/discreetly brought to the attention of the owner. I was never refunded or compensated despite the owners promise to "welcome me back". I asked for a free replacement food item to make up for the one with hair on it and the staff absolutely refused with nasty attitude even though it was all their fault. I will not be returning to this Dunkin Donuts - it takes audacity to serve food with hair in it and then give the customer attitude for it, and I'm just not here for it. The DD in Madison and Florham Park are also equidistant and they are nice people with sanitary practices so I'll choose one of those locations instead if not Starbucks
