Starbucks Coffee Company

I came on a busy day so I understand it was extremely stressful, however the way customers were treated by the older woman that worked there was extremely unprofessional. She shouted at everyone to move and had an attitude when we alerted her one of our items were missing. When i went to leave another customer said to me that woman was rude. the other workers were extremely friendly though!

Good, convenient starbucks. There was a strand of blonde hair in my sandwich which I personally don't care about, but someone might. Person at the register with the short blonde hair is very nice!

They discontinued my drink however Fran made the exception and made my drink for me. THAT is customer service!!! Amazing job Fran!!

I ordered 2 venti hot matchas with 2% milk and no sweetener and he gives me a Chai latte 😵‍💫 probably not coming back to this one no more

The woman running the cash register was pretty rude. I felt un-welcome and as I left saying “thank you” she completely ignored me. Won’t be stopping by this Starbucks again since the one in Belcamp is now open.
