Harford County Public Library

We’re new to Bel Air, and it’s been a whole new experience for our family. One of the things we all really enjoy is the library, especially the kids. It’s very kid-friendly and has a great selection of children’s books. The kids love the big tree and the play area. It’s all really fun and well-designed. The staff and librarians are also very friendly and helpful.

I just went to this library on Monday and Tuesday dealing with passport and I dealt with Ms. Maureen. I will say this place is clean, big and the staff are really nice and friendly in the front. Ms. Maureen helped my partner and I on Tuesday and she was hilarious! A character. I dealt with another person on Monday for myself and she was awesome as well. I can’t remember her name so I do apologize. But Ms. Maureen had us laughing the whole time during the photo and application process and it just felt like we knew her. She made the process easy to the point where we stayed a-little longer than anticipated but it was worth it even though I had an hour drive back home. I appreciate her and the library. Thank you guys! And they have this little art area that’s pretty dope too.

Awesome library!!! We travel from Aberdeen to come here. 100 times better than the small outdated one we have right down the street from us. There is a large selection of books and tons of fun for the Littles. Highly recommend Belair library. Added bonus: staff is super friendly and helpful. Great place to take the kiddos over the summer.

Libraries are the best places on earth, and the Harford Country libraries are an excellent example. They are all well organized, easy to find, have great staff, and a good selection of materials. They hold lots of fantastic events that are free or low-cost, and are a fantastic resource!

I love coming to this library. Every time I get the schedule or I'm not sure what to call it. The book you get where they tell you what's going to be happening for 3 months. I believe they do it for every season because its always 3 months. On this day I came to help with the book marks for elementary school kids and I had a blast. I made so many different kinds but I wasnt able to upload my video of them. Ill try another time when the internet connection is better.
