Starbucks Coffee Company

The staff here is super sweet and helpful. I have a hearing deficiency and, many places, people get annoyed if I ask them to repeat themselves. Not here. The young lady who waited on me was polite, repeated when she needed to, was kind and very helpful. I'll be back.

*****UPDATE ***** Starbucks at this location is still doing a really good role in staying on top at being a top-notch store with good customer service This Starbucks is somewhat small, but it always has great baristas and good customer service. They really pay attention to your order, and if it's not too your liking, you get a do over, which is what I call it. The pastries and other dessert items are also good. This is a normal Starbucks. The employees were friendly and having fun. I wish I would have tested my beverage prior to my departure. I had a blueberry muffin as well and decided to eat that first once I jumped in my vehicle and headed out of Cleveland. Unfortunately, they used milk in my drink. The label said otherwise. To their credit when I called about a refund they apologized and offered to remake the beverage. That would have been a 30 minute waste of my time. So, instead I thought I would waste a minute of my time leaving a review. Mistakes happen especiallywhen you are morefocused on talking, but give the kids the ability to give a refund. Like I said it was a large inconvenience to return to the store, so I just threw $7 in the trash on the turnpike.

When I was walking into this Starbucks, after a LONG day at work I was in a good mood. When I ordered my drink my uncle called me when I sat down to wait for my order less than 5 minutes, which brightened my mood. I understand my voice has range because people could hear my uncles voice when he was laughing, including everyone at Starbucks had a normal speaking voice and music was turned up. When the a young black barista with a bun was finished making my drink and I quote told me, “Please keep your voice down” which I asked her to repeat what she said because my uncle was speaking including I said sorry about my uncles and my phone volumes was up. I came in after to church to get me some breakfast they made my food which was hot but then waited another 20 minutes just to get my drink which now my food is no longer hot as I noticed the barista started my drink but then left it sitting on the counter for another 5-10 minutes while she made 3-4 other drinks which I had a refresher so all it needed was ice and shaken up when I brought it to the baristas attention he stayed that they have a system and that they couldn't finish my drink until they started at least three other drinks which I think is ridiculous I shouldnt come in to get warm food and by the time I leave my food is now cold they need to do better with there system
