Piada Italian Street Food

Yesterday I ordered from this location for dinner. I had the new loaded Mac bowl. While waiting in line I noticed that the Mac looked sus (pale, dry, not hot nor fresh & hospital dietary grade). That should’ve told me not to order it but I gave benefit of the doubt as looks can be deceiving. I get 2 miles away to my destination and begin to eat. This food was cold! It lacked flavor/seasoning. The price y’all are charging for this is ridiculous. Y’all don’t order this trash. Save your coins and go get some real food that hot and fresh. I called immediately and complaining to the manager. I was told to bring it back up after he apologized. I told him another red flag was the white guy who made the bow never greeted me and never smiled. Customer service is a lost profession I swe

Came in today to grab a bite to eat. Piada seemed like a healthy option for me. The food flavors were middle of the road but the ingredients were fresh. However, the service leaves so much to be desired. I’m not even sure owners or people even look at these reviews but truth be told I won’t be back. I have a deep belief in Giving quality customer service no matter what the circumstances are. Unfortunately, this staff just doesn’t cut it. When I asked for my toppings, I was met with an attitude. Also, the overall mood of the workers was just lackluster. I can say that one woman seem to be taking on most of the load of the work that needed to be done at the time. Kudos to her! Unfortunately, she was worked on multiple things while the other employees just kind of joked around with each other

Date night with my young sons. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Nick the chef was so kind and the food was delicious!

Every Sunday I get my wife's order at this store. Tremendous staff! They are just top notch every time! The place is managed so well and the associates deliver excellent customer service! Shout out to all the wonderful staff who make my day every time I'm there. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Do we order a take out for us to cook out own food????. And the funny part that we got cooking instructoon lol 😂. Since when this is a thing. And the quality of the food is straight out of the trash. Ordered a kale caesar salad but recieved the regular one with bad lettuce. For how long this has been in their cooler. Last time we order from the them.
