The most awesome Auntie Annes staff i have ever encountered.
The absolute worst customer service. I get that it might not be your favorite place to work, but it wouldn’t hurt to be pleasant when the person ordering from you is trying their best to be kind to you. I always get an attitude from whoever is working and it’s just not worth going back anymore.
I was doordashing with my boyfriend and the staff was very rude. The frozen lemonade machine was having issues and the young woman just gave us a different drink due to that. I called my customer and asked them what did they want and they wanted their money back. All of the staff gave us an attitude and told us that they don’t do that . They got the machine to work after my boyfriend and the staff went at it a little bit. The workers at this location need to be retrained. That’s not proper customer service.
