BIBIBOP Asian Grill

First time here. Visiting the area. Food: ample selections, customizable to your liking, tasteful… presentation could be better Service: 2 workers put together your order. Their service is average to above average. One worker at the kitchen area. Dining Tables could be cleaner. Did not see anyone go around clean the dining area. Atmosphere: looks ok. Could be more space between rhe counter and dining tables… tables outside aee great when weather permits

We were calling to ask about if the place took google pay, and got the pleasant surprise from MJ telling us about the app, which is a great experience to work with. We get there, there was no line, and a friendly atmosphere. The choices are great to pick and choose from, and they are very patient as you try to make said decisions, and overall tastes fantastic. Really can't beat this place

Bibibop is life!!! As someone who lives in Atlanta, where we have a plethora of Korean/Asian restaurants to choose from, I can assure you that the food in this place is so good that I've been here twice in two days, and if I stay another night in the Cleveland area, you bet that I'll be back here again tomorrow. That's how good it is. I appreciate the variety of drinks and even the REAL flowers on the tables. The staff is nice and friendly, and MJ even suggested for me to download the app. I saw people scanning and even using their rewards while I was in line, so I guess I've got nothing to lose, just point to gain. I wish we had a Bibibop in Atlanta, but until then, I'll be looking forward to visiting this place again.

It always amazes me seeing these workers take old scraps that were spilled from previous bowls and brush it back in with the “fresh” ingredients. Thank you sir, i really wanted that 25 minute old cucumber that was sitting on your counter.

Perfect spot for a quick lunch! The salmon was fresh and flavorful. Service was fast, and the atmosphere was casual and comfortable.
