Brand-new Starbucks in town, and they’re killing it! Ordered through the app, rolled up to the drive-thru and my drink was ready and waiting- zero hassle. Everything was made perfectly, and the barista couldn’t have been friendlier. Love having this spot just a couple minutes from home- It's a solid addition to the neighborhood!

Absolutely love this new Starbucks location! The vibes are amazing warm, friendly, and full of good energy. August and Ambria were the absolute sweetest. So kind, so caring, and completely drop dead beautiful both of them! They made my day with their energy and how well they took care of me. Love this place already, and those two make it even better. ☕💖

I order Starbucks every morning from the Starbucks on 173 and deep Lake Road in Antioch and they make it perfect every time. The Starbucks however I’ve gotten multiple venti Drinks from the Starbucks on 59 and 173 that were half to 3/4 full each time. Just disappointing to get half the coffee I paid for I guess.

The staff is combative and can be very rude. There is someone named Marina who is so kind! The others need training for a smooth running business. Dirty looks at 6am was not it for me.

Was looking forward to the new starbucks, but the hot chocolate I had was a disappointment . Asked to remake, still unacceptable. With starbucks there is an expectations of consistency. Went to the other strabuck and enjoyed my hot chocolate. Note: I did not ask for refund
