Sprouts

We love Sprouts and get bahn mi sandwiches or pho take-out weekly. Their sesame balls are delicious, as well as the thai iced tea or vietnamese iced coffee. The food is fresh and light! Yum!

This Viet restaurant has lots of vegetarian and Vegan food and I was able to enjoy their Tofu BangMi. If you are in I84 near Danbury you must try. Well maintained place and very near to interstate. Very clean and everything freshly made for each order.

We had a traditional beef pho and a vegetarian pho (supposed to be vegan but not 100% sure it was see * for details) The beef pho had no flavor and just was missing that punch from a long simmer. The vegetarian was much better in terms of flavor (could really taste the star anise) but it was salty and rather one note. It came with a seasoned tofu where the flavor was there but the sear wasn't fresh as the skin on it was a lil tougher. Reasonable price pho soup and flavorful rice bowl with peanut sauce. Fresh and good comfort food. Grilled chicken pho is aromatic of charcoal and lemon grass. Good for quick take out and quiet dine in. Kids friendly. High chair available.

Not good. This is not Pho. More like noodles in watered down beef broth. Even the spring rolls were off. Peanut sauce was half frozen. Just weird overall.
