Amazing menu to make anyone happy. I had the Avocado Toast on Sourdough Bread. It was huge and aside from the Avocado, it has radish, scallions, dill and basil vinaigrette. Great flavors, very fresh and reasonable given the size of the serving. Better than the standard breakfast and lunch spots especially with the great combinations and they do all the work. Very creative menu and even have specials.

A sliver of California on the East Coast! Very seldom do you find a wellness cafe that consistently raises the bar with each visit but they do it and then some here - without a flaw. I have been a customer of Live Soulber prior to the cafe opening for meal prep (note: which has been so fun to watch come to life from a customers perspective!) I still have my OG staple favorites (the V Caesar!!) of course but the menu is ever changing with the season to ensure it's on par with the top produce/product available. Every single time I think I know what I want, I end up trying a special that blows my mind. Soulber is one of a kind. They have a love for the community and are the most welcoming bunch. The food is beyond shout out to the best avocado toast you will ever have. Thank you Sara for putting your heart and soul into this little market and surrounding yourself with the best staff. Also need to shout out Hailey and her smiling face. Now I need to get my buns to run club. Yes they even have a run club twice a week!!

Soulber Kitchen & Market is truly a gem in Bethel. It is one of my favorite spots when I want something fresh, healthy, and delicious. The food is always clean, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Two of my personal favorites are the Harvest Salad and the avocado toast with steak. Both are incredibly satisfying and made with fresh ingredients that make you feel good after eating. They also have a great selection of coffee and smoothies, which makes it a perfect place to stop by for breakfast or lunch. Sarah and her staff are amazing. Everyone is always welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which creates such a positive and comfortable atmosphere every time I visit. I have been feeling under the weather fighting off a cold and a good friend brought me a large container of Soulber’s chicken and rice soup. Hands down THE best soup I have ever had and I am convinced that it significantly shortened the length of my cold. I also visited recently for the first time and had one of the best wraps I’ve ever had - Will definitely be stopping in try their other offerings!
