Spirits Tavern

Wonderful place! We arrived at a busy lunch time and sat at the bar. The young lady behind the bar was great and made a delicious Bloody Mary. We were just seeking a light lunch, so we shared two appetizers. We ordered the Fried Green Tomatoes and the Shrimp Eggrolls... both which were delicious! Would definitely go back!

We came to visit during the Gold Rush Festival and the service was great, food delicious and we will definitely return. I loved the variety and the ability to create the sandwich with whatever protein I wanted with the options they had available. We tried the Augusta with chicken sandwich, the fried tomatoes were so good and fresh, the pineapple and ginger mocktail, and the beef burger with gouda, ohh and the tots were one of a kind. It was all wonderful. I also need to mention that they accommodated a group of 10 without a problem (just with a heads up call)

I think this place has taken ownership of the best burger Ive had. Not only was it cooked to perfection (medium rare for me). But it was also so delicious! This is what a burger should be like everytime you order one, Spirits Tavern set the standard for all other burgers going forward. I didnt try any of the drinks but definitely will next time. I also loved the atmosphere and I'm going to be honest....the bathroom was...amazing. I know is dumb to be talking about the bathroom but it was a nice clean bathroom. Okay no more about the bathroom but the whole place was amazing great service and wonderful food....and bathrooms! 10/10!

This spot offers a cozy, dimly lit atmosphere with a fun “haunted mansion” vibe that immediately sets the mood. The menu features a wide variety of options, including build-your-own creations and standout specialty burgers like “The Imposter.” The service is friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. Due to its small size, it can get quite busy—we waited about 1 hour and 30 minutes for a table—but it was absolutely worth the wait.

Food was a 10/10!! Our waitress recommended the Dr. Feel Gouda cheeseburger and it was delicious!!! Best burger ever! Cooked perfectly! Even my daughter, who never eats cheeseburgers at restaurants, said she wants to get one next time. Everything is always on point when we come here!! Just make sure to get there (this time of year) early enough to get your name on the waitlist! It can be awhile! My only complaint, we were sat near the kitchen and had to hear ‘door!’ the entire time. lol My daughter and I just laughed about it and didn’t let it ruin our experience. Can’t remember our waitresses name but she was really good & super sweet!
