Osterman’s Artisan Sausage

I’ve been here twice now for sandwiches. Absolutely delicious. We also bought some artisan sausages out of the case that were incredible. So much different than mass produced store bought sausages. Looks like they sell oysters too which is great news!

This is special. It's about 20$ plus tip per person for everything and it's going to take a second for him to make it and those things don't even matter. He makes everything to order with fresh ingredients and It was so delicious I don't even want to write the review, I want to keep it all to myself. It was the best sandwich I've had in a VERY long time and maybe the best sandwich I have ever had. I was absolutely flabbergasted by the flavor. It blew my expectations out of the water. I'm not even going to say which one I had, If Spencer is behind the counter you literally can't pick a bad sandwich. 11/10

Wow, fantastic-best brats we’ve ever had!!!! My son bought Sonoma, Bavarian, Timmy Tort and Knackwurst for my hubby who loves brats. They are made in the store and were so fresh and so so yummy!!! Highly recommend this place🎉 They also have a great menu for lunch, definitely check this place out!!!!!

I started going to Osterman’s right when they opened and have continued to return because of Chef Spencer’s creative approach to preparing the best food and his 5 star customer service. Everyone that comes here makes a new friend and tries something they usually haven’t had before. My favorite is the breakfast sausage but he recently made one with blueberries and it was incredible!! I’ve also enjoyed the deli menu with new items weekly (Boss Tom is my favorite right now). Dahlonega is so lucky to have this awesome place. It has quickly become a part of weekly errands to swing by and see what new stuff Spencer is making every week. If you haven’t checked out this place, you’re missing out.

Not only is this place a fantastic butchery but they have sandwiches that are out of this world good! The owner is clearly passionate about food and the quality of it and as another local business owner I really appreciate that! Passion is what makes a business thrive. My recommendation: #4 The steak sandwich!
