Southend Villa / South Front District

We had a fantastic stay at this rental in Wilmington! Just minutes from downtown, the location was perfect for exploring the city. The property comfortably accommodated our family of six and had thoughtful touches like a water and snack tray waiting for us when we arrived. The showers were modern and refreshing, and the beds were super comfortable – everyone slept soundly. It was a great experience overall, and we'd definitely love to stay here again!

Fantastic experience staying at the South Side Villa for the weekend with the family! The house looks to be newly renovated, and clearly a lot of thought was put into the details of the home. We loved how clean and new everything felt. Tons of seating in the living room, we had eight people with us and everyone had a place to sit while watching a movie. Huge master suite in the back blew us away. The house is in a prime location as well with a kid park across the street and a lovely bodega one block away with excellent coffee. Makes for a nice walk in the morning. We can’t wait to come back to Wilmington for our next family trip, and we will definitely be staying here again if it’s available!

Totally recommend this place!! This was a great stay we rented out this Airbnb for 26 days spent Christmas and new years with family here and everything was just wonderful the home is very spacey the beds are super comfortable, the area is super quite and calm, cute little park for kids across the street, we sure did create great memories in this home we would defenetly come back next time!!
