This is a nice family owned restaurant with an attentive and friendly wait staff. It's very popular. That said, The Benny (Eggs Benedict) is supposed to be served with a poached egg but the egg was the equivalent of soft boiled. Totally solid Yolk. This is not the first time this has happened. The last time it happened I told the waitress who came back 25 minutes later with a single poached egg in a bowl expecting me to just plop it onto the ice cold dish that had been sitting on the table. It was totally unappealing and I could not eat it. The owner removed the item from the bill and I was satisfied with that. I was surprised when the poached egg was solid again today. Visited today with my older son and husband for brunch. It was the 4th time I was here and every time I come it gets better and better. No matter what time I go, the restaurant is always crowded and it’s no wonder because the food is top notch and ambiance is cozy! I usually get the Sorisso sandwich with crispy prosciutto,eggs, cheese and their own special sauce on sourdough… Delicious! What really pulled at my heartstrings was when the owner’s gifted employee came in to start his shift and he took his coat off for him. This man (you can easily see) has a heart of gold! It’s such a pleasure to see kindness like this in a business owner. No wonder this place is so successful! He has all of the right ingredients in place to create enduring patronage!

We had a great Saturday brunch here! We had to wait about 50 minutes for our party of 4 to be seated but it was easy to pass the time exploring the shops in Chatham. All the food was delicious — we can’t wait to come back and try more of the options!

We visited for the second time and loved the experience. Everything tasted so fresh, presentation was lovely, very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Gluten free toast was available ✅

Returned after a couple of years away and it's even better than before! Best breakfast in Morris County, if you ask me. Fresh ingredients, great portions, healthy & creative menu options aside the old standbys, real maple syrup; I could go on and on. Such a refreshing departure from bland diner options. Will return again and again.
