Library of the Chathams

The library itself is great, but our experience as parents to a young baby who loves storytime has been awful. The lady who runs the baby storytime is pretty rude and nasty. Very unwelcoming and unfriendly towards the babies. Her delivery of the games, storytime, and baby songs is so flat and cold, and she seems so annoyed to be there the whole time. We’ll probably continue using the other services and the playroom is pretty nice, but we will not be signing up for any future baby storytimes. I’m hoping the toddler storytime is done by a different librarian or we won’t be participating in that one either.

Nice, cozy library, though with only a dozen or so desks with power outlets

Gotta be my favorite library in the county, super clean and a huge selection considering the space, they have chess and puzzles and it's such a cute spot to study or just unwind. Favorite part of all is the study area in the back by the bay window, a couple comfy chairs and sectioned desks with charging ports, tons of plants and just the coziest spot to get some work done.

Calm, neat, and comfortable. This is one of the best library ever.

The Chatham Library offers a peaceful environment perfect for studying or reading. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ensures a pleasant visit.
