Sonic Drive-In

Went with my family to get food. First we parked in a stall and they had us go to the drive thru. Then we had to wait a long time order our food and get it. When we start getting our stuff we notice that some of our items are not in our order and they also gave us something that we didn’t order. As they are getting us our items, we see that they pack a cup full of ice and give a little bit of soda, so my husband lets them know that they put too much ice and asks them to remake it. The manager comes to the window and tells him not to be rude to the employees even though he was just letting them know.

Just got finished ordering a small chocolate Oreo blast did not get my order correct the first time got me a chocolate shake. I waited at the window for somebody to come back did not come back. I open the window and asked for them to come back. they came back he apologized. Put Oreos in the shake did not give me back my spoon. I had to go back around again. No one was at I opened the window and asked for somebody the manager comes up to the window and asked me not to touch the window and hand me a spoon and a napkin after I asked for one She was very condescending and rude. I don’t think I’ll be going back there again. That was at 11 o’clock this morning.

I ordered 2 kids meals and I was waiting for 30 mins and my food was cold and my order was wrong. I suggest if you are in a hurry do not go there.

Been awhile since I ate sonic in Ulysses Kansas..... I will have to say the food was good... Considering all the cheese sauce was at the bottom of the burrito. I like to drop in my home town once in a while.

I ordered a sundae and cherry limeade today. I waited at least 10 minutes for my order. When it did arrive the ice cream was already melted and they brought a knife instead of a spoon. When I asked for a spoon the carhop grabbed the knife and ran inside, never to return. I ended up throwing the ice cream in the trash. I hit the call button and waited several minutes, waiting a refund. I finally left
