A GEM in a tiny Kansas town. Pupusas!! So good and huge portions. The carne asada tacos were so good, the meat just melts in your mouth. The pineapple de agua was also fantastic. Permanent stop added to our Colorado road trips!

First time at this place and I was really impressed. The menu is very diverse and full of authentic Central American flavors. I tried the baleadas this time: make sure to order them with carne asada ! , they’re absolutely delicious. Great prices and generous portions. Definitely coming back!

Miranda’s Kitchen, you have officially ruined all other Mexican food for me. I arrived hungry, hopeful, and fully prepared to “just grab a quick bite.” What a foolish thought.
