Don't know how any of service was. Got there on 2/17/26 at 9:55. Pressed button but was told they were closed. We told them their website said 11pm close time but got no response. There was an employee inside counting money but there were several other cars in the ordering spots waiting
It took45 mins to get food the was good just slow but goo d the people's was nice it was clean out side
They gor our order correct and was the perfect temp. It's a good sonic if that's what you want.
For at LEAST 3-years now most of the order kiosks haven’t worked. They are now collecting on the floor in the parking lot. This is absolutely ridiculous. This store is always busy. Why not make it more profitable by repairing the order kiosks!?
I think this may be worst sonic ever. Service is hit or miss. Same with food. The property is terrible. Driveway needs repair and the call boxes don't work more than they work. Not at all the typical Sonic experience.
