Sonic Drive-In

Got there a while before closing and ordered a few sweet teas and small fry. The tea was terrible, the fries were so hard you couldn't eat them but we couldn't send anything back because the entire staff was too busy getting out of there and hiding out in the bushes to get high. We could smell it as we drove by 🤔

I haven't been to this Sonic in a couple of years but I really need to give the young man that took my order paise where paise is do. He was kind, polite, and inviting. After taking my order he said have a blessed day and my order was accurate and fresh..this reminded me how servers were about 6 years ago.. Thank you Sonics in Raymond for caring about who you hire and how you treat your customers and serve food. I wish all fast food places cared like you do. By the way I ordered the smasher and it was great!

New menu board has higher prices but has a few new items. Plus a value item or two. My chicken fried steak sandwich, tots, and a shake were grest! Friendly car hop and short wait for food were appreciated. Food also arrived hot. All in all a good experience.

The Raymond MS Sonic very rarely prepares our order correctly. You can see how neither order is correct. No lettuce on one, no tomato on the other. This happens often. I have also ordered the steak sandwiches through the sonic app before. I always arrive before the order has been prepared, so I can ask to add pickles on both sandwiches because the app doesn’t give an “add pickles” option for steak sandwiches. One of my visits I was told I had to pay extra for the pickles. So I responded that I had never been charged to add pickles. I was told again there would be a charge. So I mentioned that I’d like to get a discount for the tomato and lettuce I asked not to be put on the sandwiches, or we could just make a trade for the pickles. I have a long lists of issues that have taken place, but

No coffee left at 8:37 am. So, I left. Make another pot, DUH! This is the 2nd time I had to cancel my order here because they are out of coffee. Ridiculous. Then the old lady on the mic was rushing me. Oh, well, I'll spend my money elsewhere.
