Sonic Drive-In

I usually don’t have bad things to say about places… however my experience here was rough. Javon who took our order was very much not happy to be working (fair it was late and I’ve worked fast food before so I know it’s not dandy 100% of the time) however he was extremely unprofessional. When we ordered he was upset over everything we wanted. When he messed up our drink order and I tried to ask him to fix it he told me to just pay and when they brought us the wrong drinks and I returned them they were super upset. I’m not trying to hate on the workers because I too have worked food before. However they were just plain disrespectful and unprofessional.

How are you going to charge me $5 for a large order of onion rings and then give me this? What is it $1 per little ring? Come on

Bad Review I just had one of the worst experiences with Sonic Provo. The fries were insanely salty, the burger was covered in so much salty cheese that it was honestly disgusting, and I could barely taste the patties at all. The whole meal was a disappointment. To make things worse, the Uber driver added even more frustration. He refused to get out of his car and didn’t hand over the order at the pick up spot. Just lazy service all around. Definitely not worth the money — super disappointing experience.

Nathan was so nice. I really enjoyed talking to him, and his kindness really amplified the experience. Overall very enjoyable experience!

I just got some food here today with 3 sauces and 2 of the sauces were opened when I got them. This is not safe and shouldn’t ever happen. The food was alright but it definitely worried me to eat it considering the rest.
