Sonic Drive-In

I just got done there. I ordered a number 7 and asked for no mayo and no onions. We saw the cashier selected no mayo, not the onions. THE BACON WAS ALSO MISSING. It's literally a garlix butter BACON burger! We asked again and were told it didn't come with onions although the menu had it listed in ingredients. Got home, checked and low and behold enough onions for 2 burgers.. We also went to a carhop, used the card terminal and it went through. They came out and said it didn't even though it had already pulled off of the card and we had to pay again. They also noted that card reader had problems, so I don't know why they didn't say that before hand.

We just came through, and while the customer service was great, the drive thru person didn’t get anything right. Got a #3 with cheese and ketchup only that came with no ketchup (truly not worried about that one, I have ketchup at home but it’s added for the sake of not getting anything right) with a sprite and got a coke instead, my mom ordered the #3 as well but only asked for no onions, and her burger was PACKED with them plus it was cold. The drive thru guy had us repeat the order 3 times, repeated what we said to him, and yet still put it in wrong and gave us the wrong things. I can understand people being new I truly can, but if that’s the case you should have someone close by to double check they put things in correctly.

When you order "no pickles" they should've been left off, not ruin the first bite. And the card reader in the order panel didn't work. And that is just why I don't go back as often because they do have good shakes and prices.

Food is always fabulous and the car hops are always so sweet. Easily the best Sonic in the state. Stop here any time I pass through!
