Licho’s Mexican Kitchen

Stopped in for dinner and was pleasantly surprised to find such good authentic Mexican food in the middle of Kentucky. I got 3 tacos, a burrito and sides (comes with the burrito) along with a sangria margarita. The dipping sauce for the tacos was one of the best I’ve ever had and everything was tender and flavorful. As good of Mexican food as I’ve had outside of Texas. The sangria margarita was pretty good but I’d probably get just sangria or just a margarita next time. Very clean restaurant and very friendly guy working. This is definitely way more authentic Mexican than most Midwest Mexican which tends to be all the same. The prices were phenomenal - all this with the drink, sides, chips and salsa was around $30. Highly recommend!

One of my favorite restaurants! The food is always fresh and delicious! Not your typical pre-prepared Mexican food. Skinny salad, birria (in any dish) and the carnitas are my go-tos! Oh, and the sangarita is fabulous! The owners are very kind also!

Great food, great service. Was so happy to see rice not preformed in a bowl with a can of peas and carrots added. It was delicious just the way it was. The cheese dip, salsa, and chips were tasty. The quesabirria tacos were 🔥!!! Highly recommend. We ate it all lol The meat was cooked to perfection & the restaurant was very clean. Great prices, too.

Got the Chef's Special which is grilled chicken, rice and cheese sauce and it is a delicious had to buy extra cheese but we are queso fanatics! The guys were super nice and food came out quickly and hot!! If you haven't ate there I definitely suggest it!!!

Food was delicious!! We got fajita nachos, one with chicken and one with steak, and they were the best we have ever eaten!! Peach margarita on the rocks was really, really good! Finished with warm churro's drizzled with Nutella! Service was excellent! Ate on the patio and watched the sunset while we ate. We will definitely be back!!
