Anderson Public Library

We donated hard earned seeds, by the gallons, for the last few years. Now, they wanna go by the "good ol boy" system for seed providers who are certified. Well news flash, nobody at the University of Kentucky knows what y'all all are talking about and we're not gonna go to the trouble to save these hard earned seeds after we've gardened so diligently day and night.

Anderson Public Library is a small library, but very comfortable. The workers there are kind and helpful and they have programs often for children. My only wish is that they had more adult programs. There are computers, a space to create things like music videos or short films and they MIGHT have a 3D printer, a public restroom and a case as you walk through the doors that often showcases things made by the community.

I really like our local library. It's conveniently located downtown, and the staff is friendly. However, I do wish they were open on Sundays, even if just for four hours. I also miss the website they had before their current one. It was much nicer. Oh, and PLEASE bring back the public access copier, scanner, and fax machine. It stinks to have to wait in line and/or for a librarian to use those services. Otherwise, nice library.

Everyone is always to friendly and helpful!! Plus it's always so clean!!! A couple times they haven't had the book I'm looking for but they requested it for me!!! Love our library

Such a community gem. Wonderful resources for all ages and a really beautiful facility—great light, comfortable chairs.
