Customer Reviews
We came to Solera Tap House for their wing night. We got an order of Sweet Chili wings and an order of Garbage wings, which was described as a mashup of all of their sauces (garlicky, mildly spicy, bbq). The wings are grilled and then fried and they were fantastic! Possibly the best wings we’ve ever had. Not greasy, meaty, full of flavor, and not drenched in sauce. When we drove by, I wasn’t sure if it was a restaurant. It’s more of a locals bar that serves good food. Good beer list and the cocktails looked really good. A few tables inside and more outside. Will definitely return for more wings!
Great variety of drinks, from beer, to wine to amazing cocktails. I had an espresso martini and it was well done (and served in the perfect glass, may I add). It looks like they make some of their mixers in house, which isn't always the case for similar places. Overall highly recommended. The vibe was chill, the bartenders are super nice and lastly our dog was welcomed inside!
A wonderful rustic bar with local beers, cocktails and yummy grilled cheese. Caroline at the bar is amazing! We had such a good time there. They also have darts, games and Trivia on Monday. Local favorite!
Nestled in a rustic barn-like structure along Route 414, Solera Tap House offers a cozy, laid-back vibe that’s perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the Finger Lakes. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this spot delivers a memorable experience. 🍻 Drinks & Selection Solera boasts a rotating selection of 10–12 draft beers, including local brews and classics like Allagash and PBR. Cocktail lovers will appreciate their creative offerings—especially the Lavender Lemonade and Apple Cider Margarita, which have earned rave reviews. Whiskey and wine options round out the menu nicely. Inside, the vibe is warm and inviting, with friendly bartenders who offer great recommendations. Solera Tap House blends small-town charm with big flavor and personality. Whether you're craving
We visited Solera after a local resident in Watkins Glen recommended them to us, and we were SO glad we visited. The atmosphere was so unique, the servers and bartender were extremely friendly, and the food was extremely savory! We had the Upstate Chicken Philly and the Chicken Spiede and they were soooo good. I have a gluten allergy, and they were very accommodating and adjusted the Upstate Chicken Philly accordingly (no bun, no sauce, no fries) and it was unbelievably delicious! Such good flavor! They also had my favorite soda (Ithaca Root Beer) there for my daughter and I, so we were thrilled. We will definitely come visit again next time we’re at Lake Seneca.
