Smallcakes of Andalusia

I've seen the store several times, but never seemed to be passing when they are open. Today the stars were aligned and I stopped in. The store was big and open and empty of customers. There didn't seem to be big selection of cupcakes, but you only make enough to service your customers or else it goes to waster. I selected a cupcake for myself and one for my husband and took them home. I don't treat myself to sweet treats often and thought the price for one was a bit too much for frequent purchases. I put mine on a plate and grabbed a fork. The first bite was heaven! So light and fluffy and the peanut butter and chocolate topping was very smooth and not overly sweet. I've been missing out! WAS NOT GOOD. Had sloppy writing. My husband had a cake made and when we cut & plated it, it had 1.5 inches of icing and the cake was pieced together (falling apart) in certain places. Had to scrape mountains of icing off and it just wasn’t good. He spent $73 on a cake and 4 cupcakes all to just go to waste. The presentation is the only reason for buying (cupcakes). I don’t know anyone who wants more icing than cake…none of us could eat it.

I don't recommend ordering online, at least not on a Saturday. I ordered 3 cupcakes, a slice of cheesecake, and an m&m brownie online. However, when my husband went to pick it up he was told that they were out of slices of cheesecake and the brownie and weren't making anymore (I guess they don't on weekends?) and he was also told that the cheesecake cupcake wasn't specified online.. But when placing the online order there was no option to choose a specific type of cheesecake cupcake. So the cheesecake slice and the brownie was refunded. Then when he got home the pink chocolate cupcake I ordered for my daughter was vanilla, so I called and spoke to Crystal and asked her if they had the chocolate pink cupcake in stock and she said no so I informed her that my husband was just in there and no

I ordered a cake from here for my birthday ! It was not what I wanted . The cake was very good though although they have very poor communication, and lack of understanding customers concerned. My problem with the cake was although I ordered it and wanted it to be a certain way , they failed to tell me that they could not do it and over charged me still . I would not recommend them to anyone !

I have been going to locations across the eastern states for over 10 years every year for my birthday. Never been disappointed and definitely was not with this location today! This was also my first time having their macaroons and WOW hands down the best ones I’ve had in many many years! You guys rock!
