Absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the room itself was great. What really shines at this hotel is the staff—everyone was so kind and accommodating. I wish I could remember his name, but the gentleman who checked us in on Sunday, December 21st truly went above and beyond helping us get settled into our room after a long day of driving. The kitchen staff also did an exceptional job with breakfast every morning, which was a huge relief for us and our kids. Thank you! Finally, I’d like to thank Darlene, who is in charge of housekeeping—thank you for taking such great care of us.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Andalusia while traveling for business and had a great experience. The location was ideal, offering easy access and ample parking. The greeting upon arrival was wonderful—the lady at the front desk was both cordial and exceptionally nice. She thoughtfully arranged a room for me on the first floor, which was very convenient. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and generously provided. Truly couldn’t have asked for more and I finished my already great visit to Alabama with this very nice experience.

David on the overnight shift is AMAZING! We had some disruptions in our travel plans which got us to the hotel after 3am. We called David around midnight to let him know and he rolled out the red carpet for us. He checked us in so that our paperwork was good to go (for a quick check in), he combined our reservations so we wouldn't need to switch rooms the next day, and knowing how late we were coming in he ensured we were on a top, quiet area of the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice, well kept and maintained. The managers on duty were extremely friendly and the front desk staff in general have been welcoming and helpful. Our company travels to Andalusia often, this hotel will remain the preferred hotel for future stays!

This hotel was clean and new. The suite was big and had everything I needed for an excellent sleep. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly.
