Skillet & Vine Bistro

The official menu photos on the restaurants website don’t do this place justice. Trust the reviews and give it a try. Every dish we had was delectable especially the curry dish. Plan to return for happy hour to try the samosas. Truffle fries- perfect-polished them off. Cobb salad- typical Cobb salad- but well executed and chicken was nice and moist and cooked perfectly. Son had country fried steak. His vegetables and mashers were delectable. Best of all was the hospitality- kind friendly owners.

We were very impressed with the Skillet & Wine Bistro! We stopped in around 4pm on a Monday for their Happy Hour. The $7 glasses of wine was generous and very good. Excellent food too. The Arugula Samosa plate, and Artisan Flatbread were absolutely delicious. Can't wait to go back!

The samosas were to die for. If you fancy an extremely cold draft beer, look no further. There isn't a colder beer in town (I have checked) that isn't frozen. The food is incredible at a price point that is going to be hard to beat. The owners are up front, hands on, and so welcoming. They remembered my dog's name after just our first visit and make sure that he has bacon and ham in dish. Can't say enough about it. Come enjoy what you have been missing. The curry plates are family recipe, but their American menu is top notch. They can't miss.

Friends took me to Skillet & Vine for my birthday, and it was a fantastic surprise. From the warm welcome when we walked in to the friendly goodbyes at the end, the entire experience was wonderful. The space immediately feels inviting, highlighted by a beautiful virtual fireplace that sets the tone. The host and chef are genuinely kind and welcoming, and while the restaurant is new, their decades of experience clearly show. The food is beautifully plated, and the flavors are outstanding. A perfect place to relax, enjoy great food, and spend time with good friends. We’ll definitely be back.

The owners were so charming and warm. They made us feel like regulars right off the bat. The food was sublime! I had the steak and it was cooked perfectly. The chimichurri sauce was complex and a perfect accompaniment to the steak. My husband had the the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and it was truly one of the best either of us had ever tasted. Such welcoming and genuinely friendly service seems to be in short supply these days, and these folks have made this experience they’re like having you over for dinner at their home. Bravo!
