S&J Pizza Village

S&J does one thing extremely well, and that’s the Sicilian pie. In my opinion, the best in the area. The dough is well risen, fluffy, but still crispy on the bottom, never soggy or floppy. The sauce is actually very tasty and fresh, nothing like pre-prepared sauce like another has stated. The cheese is good quality and they don’t overload it like many other places do. The male owner is very sweet and friendly, we’re always very satisfied with their service and food. The mozzarella sticks and Philly cheesesteak are bomb too, but the Sicilian will always be our favorite.

I took my parents out to the Hudson River Walkway and reached the Historic Hamlet. We got a little hungry and found this very cozy place. The food was awesome for like half of what you’d pay in NYC, and all folks there were super nice. Ate too much but we walked back lol.

My new go to spot for pizza & wings. Everything was hot & tasty both times I’ve ordered from here. Anyone leaving a negative review should really give this place another try. It’s a new business so they aren’t always going to be perfect! Highly recommend Sara’s sweet & spicy wings, they won’t disappoint!

This establishment never disappoints! Always amazing food! I’ve never had a white pizza this good! Do me a favor and go give them a try. Best meatball parm sub and pie around honestly! You won’t be sorry!

I placed an order through the Slice app. When I did not get notification that the restaurant recieved my order, after 15 minutes, I called. I was advised the Slice tablet was down and they just recieved my order over the phone from customer service. No problem, things happen. I was told it would be 45 minutes. An hour later, still no delivery. I call them up and was told that it went out already. Another 10 minutes goes by before the food arrives, which made no sense because the pizzeria is like a block away. So in total, I've now waited nearly an hour and a half. I open up the box and pictured below is the pizza that this business decided was acceptable to give their customer. I wish this was the only issue. The pizza was ice cold, as was the fries and the garlic knots. The garlic knots
