Sam's Cottage on the Greens Bed and Breakfast

I had a great stay at Sam's Cottage. The room is comfortable & cozy almost like a studio apt. I had everything I needed from a small fridge to a coffee maker & microwave. The view out the front picture window is the golf course as well as out the back. It's a lovely setting! The owners are very accommodating & the breakfasts are scrumptious! Thank You for a wonderful stay. I will definitely be back!

Wife and I stayed two nights and really enjoyed our time. Family owned and Alyssa gave us great advice on sights and places to eat. Breakfast was great choice of two courses. Arrived and had bottle of wine waiting. Bed was comfortable but had a bad noisy spring. The studio set up had a double reclining couch, flat screen with full cable, fire place (which we didn't need) and interesting selection of books. Would recommend to couples.

This will be our second time staying at this wonderful B&B, and it surely will not be our last. The cottage is nestled in a peaceful area surrounded by orchards and a golf course, and yet conveniently located within minutes drive to nearby attractions, stores and restaurants. Our suite was beautifully designed with great attention to detail - immersing rustic elements with cozy country living. Breakfasts were exceptional, featuring skillet baked omelettes and blueberry pancakes. Last time, Peter even surprised us with fresh-picked strawberries from the nearby farm! Overall, the kindness and attentiveness of the owners really make our trips so much more enjoyable and stress-free.

My daughter & I stayed one night and the accommodation was perfect. The location was convenient to the thruway and the area we were visiting. Alyssa & Peter are wonderful hosts. Alyssa covered all the details a traveler could possibly need and accommodated our diet requests. The crepes were delicious, but the eggs were spectacular! Next time we'll plan a longer stay with golf clubs!

Alyssa very attentive to every detail. Choices of two breakfast entrees were offered everyday. They were gourmet and delicious served attractively displayed. The room had all the amenities needed and very clean. And ironing board and iron are available on request. It was a joy to see young son, Sammy be the host with his Mom helping with little "chores" here and there.|The location is quiet and beautiful amongst apple orchards and lovely golf course greens.|Would definitely stay here again.
