Got the food truck at Duke, just tried the dumplings and my friends rice noodles. The line was super long so I thought the food would def be fire (it was). The dumplings were really really good and tasted authentic, but I wish they were a bit fresher. When I ordered he just grabbed a box from a heater or smth and they weren't super warm. Next time I definitely want to try the egg drop / wonton soup. EDIT: 2nd time I tried their spicy chicken mushroom noodles, and they were super super good. Could've benefitted from more mix-ins and meat since I ended up just having noodles left about halfway through but the actual taste was 10/10.

Overall Score – 22 out of 10 This spot is definitely unique—but not necessarily in a good way. It’s tucked off a main road in a partly abandoned area, and the setup raises more questions than comfort. The ordering process happens outside with no real help, and the building didn’t feel welcoming or safe. There were no drinks available, and the restroom situation wasn’t clear. While it may have a reputation as a food truck, the physical location isn’t recommended. Dumplings – 5.5 out of 10 These were decent. Ordered online for pick-up, First time there. I was pretty confused with where to go and it took a moment to find someone who could communicate with me. They told me to go to the other side so I did but then they came to hand me my take out food. It was a really nice day so i ate on the picnic table outside. I didn't mind the set up but I could see how it might be inconvenient if or when it gets busy or the weather is not nice. I parked easily right in front but there were few spaces. The food: I wanted to like it but I just did not. The dumplings (pork/chive) were mediocre at best. I accidentally placed an order and called within one minute to cancel. Instead of handling it promptly, they stalled and delayed until the food was already prepared, which made my cancellation request seem unreasonable then. For context, I’ve ordered from this place close to ten times and have probably spent 600ish here in total, so this isn’t based on a single experience. Overall, the service was mediocre at best. Prices are higher than most places on Franklin Street, yet the quality does not justify it. In such a location, it’s unacceptable. The dumplings appear to be frozen rather than freshly made. I have doubts about the freshness of the filling, the oil tasted off, and the wrappers felt overly thick and doughy, almost like undercooked paste. There is significant room for improveme

OMG - what a hidden gem! The dumplings - the beef and the vegan burgers - the egg rolls - still dreaming about the foods! A must try!
