Siro's Italian Restaurant

I'm not from around here but needed a quick place to get lunch before a meeting. The slice was huge but The crust was very soft and the pizza itself was extremely greasy. Flavorwise it was good, and closer to the edge/crust the crust was much better. It was the point of the slice, from the center of the pizza that was soggy.

I placed an order on the app “TooGoodToGo” for a to-go bag. It said there was 3 bags left that could be reserved. I came to the restaurant and was asked to show him the order on the app and I gave him the info. A min later he comes out and says he has no orders on his end and if I wanted food i would have to pay him directly, not thru the app. I explained that I had already paid and showed him the pickup order. He proceeded to ignore me for several minutes until I asked to come to a resolution. That I would take any items he could spare and would be on my way. Again he refused and said i would have to pay him if I wanted food. I truly cannot fathom a restaurant refusing to come to a resolution with a customer who has already paid. All over $7. We order delivery and take out from this place at least once a week, and many times more. Always friendly, usually very timely unless it's during the pizza Friday night pizza hours, which is understandable. Their white pizza is my favorite!
