Papa Al's Ristorante & Pizzeria

I truly wanted to love this place because the restaurant is beautiful, the vibes were perfect, and our server was honestly the best part of the entire night. She was kind, patient, and did everything she could for us. Unfortunately, the food and management decisions completely ruined the experience. The food was extremely bland with almost no flavor. Honestly, even Olive Garden, a chain known for mediocre food, tastes better than this. The ginger ale we ordered tasted like bubblegum, which made it obvious the tap was off, and the Shirley Temple tasted like straight water. We had to send both back and switch to Pepsi, which thankfully tasted normal. We requested all flats for our wings, yet one order came with drums. We asked for ranch and were given blue cheese instead. Then the chicken

The Italian food was so good—everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. We really enjoyed every dish. Our waiter Brianna was awesome too! She was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a great meal and great service. Would come back for sure!

Beautiful, family-friendly atmosphere! The food was great. We had onion rings, rice balls, ravioli, perogies, and a chicken cranberry & walnut salad. The portions are generous, and we didn't wait long even though they were packed.

Wow. What a meal! And the Christmas decorations here are outstanding, over 30,000 lights out up for the holidays. We had the crab stuffed appetizer (brilliant sauce!) and the white pizza. Our server, Stephanie, was very kind and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Best meatballs I have had in a very long time. The pierogi were delicious and the chicken cesar was top notch. We are staying at the Hampton and Gabby at the front desk recommended this place. So glad she did!
