So far I’ve had a refresher, protein shake and smoothie. Everything was delicious!! The cafe is clean. There is plenty of seating inside to hang out. Great little cafe and the service is wonderful! You can hear the music from inside the gym area but it’s not loud that you can’t talk.
The menu is amazing and the quality of the items at the cafe are even more amazing. My current go-to is the mint chocolate chip protein shake (seasonal). I love that I can fuel or refuel before or after a workout.
Absolutely love this place! I was missing protein shakes in town, and Anna has come and conquered every need of each person she meets! Can’t wait to try more menu items 🫶🏼
Yummy protein coffees and smoothies! Friendly service and good promotional options. Glad the hours cater to guests who come in the evening as well. Great little addition to our lovely gym :) thank you
Solid coffee and reasonable prices. Pleasant young woman lserving us. Wife got a protein shake and said it was delicious- tasted fresh not junk. Will be back!
