Authentic Thai Food: what a delight for the palate! I ate at dinner time on Fri., March 6, 2026: I ordered the off the menu item: massaman curry with chicken--not spicy. The massaman was so delicious with a mild curry, potatoes, carrots, oniins and a few peanuts (a side of rice). It was just a delectable mild curry! The massaman curry is tied #1 with Tom Kha soup. Love them both. Owners: thank you for offering bottled water and canned soft drinks. I love these options in cans and bottles: please keep the cans of soft drinks and bottled water: this is a major part of the reason I keep coming back(the bottled water and canned drinks)! Come and eat at Singha Thai Restaurant in Slidell: enjoy these delicious dishes and all sorts of other delectable dishes and more. The chefs are so flexible

If I could rate this restaurant higher, I would. Our waitress was super friendly and the food came out fast. She talked to us and offered us a variety of desserts after the meal too. My husband and I really enjoyed trying the different foods. He said that the crispy pad Thai was amazing and the crunchy noodles added another dimension to the flavor. The pandang duck that I ate was flavorful and the sauce was very creamy. We weren’t going to get dessert but our waitress told us that it was homemade cheesecake and how the ube flavor was her favorite. We had to try it and it was amazing. All of the food was amazing. The inside of the cafe is decorated very nice. It would actually make a very cozy date spot. Boba tea is offered!

The experience at Singha Thai Cafe in Slidell was initially promising, with a clean and inviting atmosphere and attentive service that set the stage for a delightful meal. However, the food was unfortunately loaded with MSG, which didn’t sit well with my mom and me, as we are super clean eaters and have a sensitivity to it. Within 20 minutes of consuming the MSG-laden dishes, we both felt unwell. Despite the enjoyable ambiance and good service, the adverse effects of the food have led us to decide against returning in the future. Make sure to ask for no MSG is your sensitive to it.

Stumbled upon this place using the backroad from the shopping area so I looked it up on Google reviews and took a chance. I grew up eating Thai food so i can be extremely critical. My mother is from Thailand and was an amazing traditional Thai cook. Let me say, the food was excellent! Although im a traditionalist, i appreciated the modern menu with subtle twists. The main thing about Thai cooking is flavor balance. Spicy salty sour sweet bitter is what we are taught by our mothers when we learn how to cook Thai. Whoever is cooking here has a good palette! My mother would have approved if she were still living and had i brought her here. I had something a little different from my normal. I always test restaurants with their Pad Thai. The pad thai was prepared just the way I like it, perfect

I came here for lunch, and the atmosphere was really lovely. The server was very friendly and attentive. My husband enjoyed the pad Thai and said it's the best he's had since living in Hawaii 20 years ago. I ordered a curry dish, and it was absolutely delicious—sweet and spicy.
