Shipley Do-Nuts

Please, for the love of God, if you're going to be in the donut business, learn the different types of donuts that are out there. This is twice now that you haven't been able to get a simple Boston Creme donut right. Google it if you don't know what it is or how to make it. And when the customer goes out of their way to explain what it is, so you know, please pay attention. I understand your store has a language barrier. To overcome that, post a damn menu on the drive through so people can order by number, if necessary.

First time going here and while they didn't have a large selection, it was right before closing, what they did have was delicious and the service was excellent! We'll definitely go back!

They were great to deal with, we went to them explaing what we wanted to do for our daughters birthday and they went above and beyond to help us out. Could not be more happier.

I placed an order online. As I picked my order up, I was told the coffee I had ordered wouldn’t be ready for 43 minutes. I told the clerk I could not wait that long and that I would like a refund. She said she could not give a refund and offered Do-Nuts instead. I already ordered food and did not need more food and surely wasn’t staying for 43 minutes. Pretty sad this is how people are treated when the store can’t provide what was ordered and paid for.
