What a wonderful place to eat in the quaint town of Columbus, Texas. Though it’s advertised as a food truck, they actually have a nice sized enclosure with several tables and seating available, which also has A/C & Heating and a large TV mounted on the wall. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food, this is the place to come. - Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas, Gorditas, and Wings. Various Meats: Beef Fajita, Chicken, Pastor, Chicharrones, Sausage, Lengua, Tripa and Barbacoa Drinks: Aguas Frescas - Pineapple, Cantelope, Lemon, Tamarind, Jamaica and Horchata

Fajita tortas are very good and the verde sauce is also really good. All for a good price!

Food is the magic 3 - fast, tasty, and affordable!! The people are so kind and let me use my Spanish 😄 Love the add-ons/renovations. Keep it up!

The quesadilla with Barbacoa meat is so good. The cheese pull is immaculate. 5 Stars
