Delicious and Incredible BBQ worth going out of your way for in Columbus, TX! We got the rib plate and a brisket sandwich. Ribs may have been the best we have ever had and are a must order. The brisket would go toe to toe with any other joint. Picnic tables to eat at around back! We will return for more!

Hands down the best bbq place around! I’ve tried several bbq places around here and there’s nothing that compares to this. The brisket melts in your mouth, the ribs have immaculate flavor and all the sides were on point. Not to mention the low price versus the generous portion sizes. Owner is welcoming and friendly! If you’re ever in town this is the place to go for great quality food. 11 out of 10

Passing by Columbus and was craving for some local BBQ. We had high expectations due to 5 star reviews from other people. We ordered All-Meat, which has brisket, ribs, chicken and sausage. Then 3 sides, which includes potatoes, beans and smoked cabbage. There were a line at the lunch time, and I noticed the ribs were very blacked. Be honest, except the brisket which is by far the best that ever had in comparison to what we had from Austin, Luling, Seguin etc., the rest of the meats were over burned, unflavorful and dry, unfortunately. The sides were also not impressive. However, the service people was so friendly and passionate, he even gifted us a piece of cornbread which was quite good, that I felt compelled to add one overall star for this place.

Drove all the way from San Antonio, Tx to get a taste of this amazing bbq. I had seen advertisements on Facebook and I am so glad I took the other customer's reviews/word for it. I ordered the two meat plate w/ two sides, which consisted of: sliced brisket, ribs, smoked cabbage & potato salad. The brisket and ribs just melted in my mouth 🤤🤤 You could taste that good smoke taste throughout the meat. The smoked cabbage and potato salad were on point as well. I will definitely be stopping by again. Keep up the good work!! ❤️❤️❤️

We stopped for the 1st time today at Woods BBQ. It didn't disappoint. It's inside the mini mart but don't let that fool you. Getting out of the car you're immediately hit by the smell of what must be heaven. We had the ribs, brisket, mac n cheese and buttered potatoes. All were 10/10! Service and conversation were 10/10! Owner was fantastic. We'll definitely be going back.
