I have pretty high expectations in general. For Edenton, this place is 5/5 considering other options. I loved waking up to find this place. I want healthier options for food and drink. A nice, quick waffle and a nice refreshing drink is what I need in the mornings. So let's get into it: I got the strawberry and greens refresher. First, the lady there was pretty helpful and walking me through the options. Now, she first handed me the drink and at first, it was pretty sweet. But as I stirred it more and more while waiting for my waffle, it got better. The flavor of it is perfect. My only [minor] gripe with the refresher is that there is a gelatin after taste. I'll live. Visited for the first time and was indecisive. First I didn't know what type of place this was. I just heard it was a healthy spot. They do Herballife products. I decided to get a tea after the young lady patiently walked me through the products. $10 for a tea and they can customize it however you like. The lady was professional and patient. The drink taste powdery (it was a powdery mix), like the drink mixes you put in water. I didn't care for the texture and the caffeine kicked in at about the 5th sip with about 1/4 of the drink remaining. So I will have this for some days. It was not for me.

Such a wonderful place! The Sweet Carolina drink is amazing! You definitely get you moneys worth with this big of a cup! I highly recommend!

This place gives you the best option in town to eat healthy. Shakes taste great, and the teas keep you energized throughout the day. I definitely recommend trying a shake or tea.
