Customer Reviews
Not sure what was better: food, owners/operators, or the customers. Ordered garlic knots(just okay) and pizza (excellent) with pepperoni and sausage. Ended up splitting my knots with frequent customers who returned the favor of sharing a piece of cheese cake with me. Pizza is the best I have had outside of New York/New Jersey.
We were in NC on vacation. Was craving pizza and saw Ralph’s and boy did we luck out. Pizza is unique and insanely delicious!! We had garlic knots and a pie with pepperoni and sausage/peppers. Warm, crispy, yummy! I Hope I make my way back to North Carolina again so I can enjoy this pizza again.
Stopped on the way back from the beach and it was delicious! The owner was very nice and sociable. He even gave my daughter a candy bracelet before we left . Great pizza with great prices!
This place kept 2 worn out, hungry PA students looking forward to every Saturday night for some of the best pizza, stromboli, and tiramisu we have ever had. The owner and cooks were always friendly, funny, and genuine.
Pizza: The best crust I've ever had! The sauce could use a bit more oregano and basil. The major turn-off for me was how salty the pizza was. I don't know if it was in the sauce, the cheese, or added on top, but it was too much. Don't take my word for it though because I'm not a fan of salt at all. I've never added it to my cooking, except in soups and dumplings - even then, sparingly. If they'd back off on the salt, they'd have a good pizza. Service: The owner was nice and is quite handsome with beautiful blue eyes, but he should never reprimand his employees, for even the slightest infraction, in front of customers⁶. That's mgmt. 101. Atmosphere: There isn't any, but that's not important as long as it's sanitary and the food's good.
